Custom products
Every order is produced specifically for you. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Cancellations before production
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before proof approval. Design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.
Errors & reprints
If JPST makes a production error, we will reprint the affected items at no charge. Please report issues within 5 days of receiving your order with photos.
Customer-approved errors
Typos or errors present on an approved proof are the customer's responsibility. We will happily reprint at a discounted rate.
Shipping damage
Report damaged shipments within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can make it right.
