Information we collect
We collect the contact, shipping and billing details you provide at checkout or in a quote request, plus the artwork, photos and text you upload so we can produce your order.
How we use it
Your information is used only to produce, deliver and support your order and to communicate about it. We do not sell your information.
Memorial & partner information
Details entered by funeral home partners — including names of the deceased, family contacts and photos — are private to that partner account and the JPST production team and are never displayed publicly.
Artwork & files
Uploaded files are stored securely and used solely to fulfill your order. You may request deletion of your files after an order is complete.
